Yes I'm in college just busy taking classes. Havent played drums in about 2 years now.

Was it a commercial about "the importance of Math?" I was one of many chosen for a math commercial from back in 8th grade... so its possible thats what you saw. I am surprised they are still running it.

Hahah, I was going to comment this weekend. It got more samba like when you added the whistle and snare XP

I haven't listened to much of it myself (well since a long time). The samba I'm thinking of is played at parades for Carnaval. (It fits in better with drum line )

As for me, I don't know any specific samba drummers... But some of the carnaval performances are pretty fun to look at.
